The hotel offers great technology in very spacious rooms with access to the Club Lounge providing delicious food and a nice environment to relax. However, cleanliness could be improved, and some rooms offer fantastic views of downtown and Burj Khalifa.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although spacious, lacked some details, but the service, especially from Aliya in the reception and Yasmin & Maya in the Club Lounge, was exceptional. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, yet the dining experience left much to be desired.
Staying in the Executive Suite with access to the Club Lounge on the 54th floor was an unforgettable experience with delicious food and a relaxing environment.
