totally stellar stay!

attentive staff concierge service genuine help lovely experience

i definitely recommend a visit, especially for the attentive staff at the concierge. niresh fernando really were really nice too help me plan activities. i felt cared for, especially with niresh's genuine help and care. the spa and restaurant staff were smiling, it.

the elevators felt quite slow during peak hours, so i had to factor in extra time when heading to breakfast.

the hotel features a fine infinity pool on level 54, and it is accessible only to adults. this pool offers warm water and beautiful views.. i spent most afternoons here. there are also private lounges for relaxation.

amazing stay with great service

upbeat vibe wide variety

The pool brunch had an upbeat vibe with a dj playing fun music. the set menu featured a wide variety of food and drinks. they were flexible with dietary restrictions and served everything to our pool lounger. It was appreciated. special thanks go to ezekiel, shahid, john and abu.

I found some employees in other areas looked overworked. they seemed too busy to do anything besides process people. That was not good. the staff had a forced smile. It was sad.

expensive upgrade downgraded room

The staff seemed unhelpful. Getting an upgrade was a real struggle and surprisingly expensive (cheaper online I noticed later). I even had to complain about the cigarette smell in my supposedly non-smoking room. Instead of fixing it, they suggested moving me to a downgraded room. Made no sense.
